I’m giving UrbanE Cafe 5 stars because walking in hungry and undecided could’ve been a full-blown crisis, but their menu came through. They had way more choices than I expected, sandwiches, salads, bowls, soups, and plenty of drinks too.

What I really liked is that it wasn’t just one type of food. There were lighter options if you’re trying to keep it simple, but also more filling stuff if you need an actual meal. It made picking something feel easy instead of stressful.

I was with a friend who wanted something healthy, while I was very much in sandwich mode, and somehow we both won. Not every cafe can handle a mixed group that smoothly. I’d definitely order from here again

I came in around lunchtime expecting it to be a hassle, but I actually found a table quickly. It did start getting crowded not long after, so I wouldn’t say it’s always guaranteed, but the seating situation was better than I thought it would be. not a bad spot if you’re trying to avoid standing around waiting.

I went to Urbane Cafe for lunch and it was really nice. It wasn’t super loud like some places, so you can actually talk normal without yelling. Even when it got kinda busy, it still felt calm. Music was low too which I liked a lot. I’m not really into noisy cafes, so this was a big plus for me. 5 stars.

I was disappointed. They made it sound like the sandwich would be fresh and tasty, but that was definitely not the case. The bread was dry, and the filling had this weird taste that just wasn’t good. Felt like they promised one thing and handed me something completely different

I use the loyalty rewards here and there, they’re okay, but the points feel like they build up at the speed of a sleepy snail. It’s not terrible or anything, and when I finally get to use them, it does feel kind of nice. I just wish it didn’t feel like I had to wait a lifetime for anything worthwhile.

We took our two kids to Urbane Cafe and it was a easy outing. Compared to some other busy lunch spots where you feel like your kids are in everyone’s way, this felt way more relaxed. The staff was friendly, the food came out fast, and there was enough space for us to sit comfortably. The kids were into the sandwiches too, which always helps. I just wish they had a few more kid-friendly options on the menu.

I tried checking out, but I couldn’t use the payment method I normally prefer, which made the whole process annoying. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely made me hesitate and feel less confident finishing the purchase

My sandwich and drink showed up exactly how I ordered them, with nothing missing. Just a heads up though, always double-check your bag before you leave if you can, because that’s usually where places mess up. This time, everything was right, and that’s really all I needed.

The hours are convenient most days, especially if I’m grabbing lunch or an early dinner. It usually works out fine for me, but I do wish they stayed open a little later. That’s really my main complaint, just the closing time. A later close would make it so much easier, because sometimes I miss the window and it’s kind of frustrating. Overall it’s fine, I just really wish the hours ran later.

I ordered pickup through urbanecafe.com and overall it was fine, like, straightforward. The menu loaded without any issues, which was nice, but checkout kind of dragged for a bit and then I didn’t get the confirmation right away, so I was sitting there wondering if it actually went through. The food was ready around the time they said it would be, so that part was good. Only thing was one item was missing a sauce, which wasn’t a huge deal, but still... a little annoying. Not a bad experience, just could be a bit smoother.

Pickup and delivery have been super reliable every time I’ve used them. it’s Nice not having to worry about whether things will show up when they’re supposed to.
